In late April, Argentine President Mauricio Macri met with Evo Morales to deepen ties on energy cooperation in the lucrative lithium industry.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 50px; margin-left: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; vertical-align: baseline; background: transparent; line-height: 34px; outline: none !important;\">In Peru, Bolivia is aggressively pursuing alternative access to the Pacific Ocean after the Hague\u2019s ruling earlier this year denying Bolivia sea access via Chile.
